Please note we need at least 72 hours notice for every booking.

If the hotel you book is not available, we will provisionally book you into the most similar hotel and contact you ASAP to request your acceptance of the provisional booking.

Hotel prices may fluctuate during special events or holiday periods (eg, Istanbul Formula 1). If the price of the hotel you book has changed, we will contact you ASAP to request your acceptance of the price change.
